CampCarneros at Skyline Wilderness Park, Napa CA
Welcome to the reservation site for CAMP CARNEROS 2017. This is the camping event during the Bottle Rock music festival in Napa Valley, California. We are the Carneros Volunteer Fire Department, a local non-profit hosting this weekend camping event in association with the Skyline Wilderness Park Association.
Camp Carneros for Bottlerock 2017
Two-night minimum reservation required. Max of 4 people and 1 vehicle per campsite, one additional vehicle per campsite with an additional flat rate charge of $20 for the weekend in overflow parking is available (Tent camping only, VW style buses and roof top or pickup bed tents OK)

Sites are 18 feet by 20 feet, flat grass open area in the field.
‘Port-O-Potties’ with portable hand washing stations (cleaned daily), and shower facilities included at no extra charge.
Check in time for the primary weekend events will be starting at 12:00 pm on Thursday, May 25, for those who wish to arrive early and beat the rush. Checkout time will be 11:00 pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, and/or 1 hour after the concerts end. On Monday May 29, checkout time will be 12:00 pm. Due to popular demand, camping rates and days will simply be a 2 night minimum for any 2 consecutive nights at $125.00 per night. Additional one or two nights stay may be added at a rate of $75.00 per night. Camping options for Camp Carneros during the Bottle Rock Festival are from Thursday night to Sunday night. In years past we have offered late checkout, but beginning this year all checkouts are late-checkouts. Monday checkout time will still be 12:00 pm. No single day sales.
Transportation options to the concert festival are: Shuttle Bus services: $35 flat rate, per person for the weekend with multiple buses running during peak times. Bus services run all day. Bottle Rock Festivals will also be offering secure bicycle check in at the concert venue, approx. 20 min. bicycle ride from Skyline to Bottle Rock (disclaimer, bicycle route is on city streets, bicycle riding at your own risk).
Lost and/or stolen wrist bands for camping and/or transportation services will require a $25 replacement fee. Damaged wrist bands can be replaced for only $5.
Additional services provided: On site first aid standby, 24 hour security patrol (with disclaimer: The Carneros Volunteer Fire Department, Skyline Park, the County of Napa, and all affiliates are not responsible for any lost, damaged, and/or stolen items or property from and/or related to camping and/or vehicle parking. Garbage and recycling services and garbage/recycling bags provided at no extra charge
All existing Skyline Wilderness Park rules apply to any/all campers. In addition, for the Bottle Rock weekend, no pets allowed (service animals with proper identification permitted), Absolutely NO Fires or Open Flame BBQ’ing (Including Charcoal Briquettes) due to fire hazards and drought years. Propane cooking stoves ARE permitted
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations may be cancelled for full refund up to April 30, 2017. Starting May 1, 2017, all sales for the Camp Carneros 2016 event are final. This event requires a lot of planning and expense for our non-profit organization, thank you very much for your support.
Camp-sites must be cleared and packed so event staff can begin park clean-up, late checkout parking ends 1 hour after the end of the last concert.
